How can I subscribe to a plan?

Once your account has been created, you can upgrade at any time within the 14-day free trial period via your Account Settings.

What forms of payment does Plannit accept?
Plan subscriptions are payable by credit card via your Plannit account.

In what currency will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be charged in your local currency.

How can I add users to my account?
Contact support@plannit.io to add users to your account.
You can add any number of users you like at a rate of $10 per month per user.
If you are on a monthly plan, the monthly cost will be added to your monthly charge.
If you are on an annual plan, the total cost for the additional users will be charged at a pro-rated rate for the remainder of your annual commitment.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my account at any time?
Upgrades
You may upgrade your plan at any time via your Plannit account settings.
Downgrades
On a monthly plan: you may downgrade at any time via your Plannit account settings.
On an annual plan: annual subscription fees are non-refundable. If you choose to downgrade your account before the subscription term, it will take effect in the new subscription period.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your account at any time. Prepaid fee are not refundable. A 30-day notice is required to cancel a monthly subscription. For an annual subscription, cancellation is in effect when the subscription expires. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Simply send an email to support@plannit.io before the current subscription period expires and your account will be deactivated upon the next subscription period and under the conditions listed above.
